We are pleased to announce that the Call for Abstracts for ICG-15 is now open. Abstracts on related topics that have not been published can be submitted. And after peer review, accepted ones will be published in the conference Abstract Book and even further selected for poster or oral presentations.

Before submitting your abstract, please create your account on the website and upload abstracts through your account. Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. And please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
All abstracts must be submitted in English, no more than 2000 characters, and should contain:
1) the title;
2) a self-introduction of the presenter, including Name, Affiliations, work experience, and research fields.
3) the abstract, including research significance, methods, results and conclusions.
4) 3-5 keywords.
The submitter should choose one part from the above four parts of the conference which is most related to the topic of the submitted abstract, and choose the types of presentations that he/she would like to apply for, namely for Abstract Book, for poster presentation, and for oral presentation.
Please check the abstract carefully for typographical errors, author’s name and Affiliations before submission. The ICG-15 Organizing Committee will not be responsible for spelling, typographical or grammatical errors.
1) For abstracts accepted and published in the conference Abstract Book, the submitter will be rewarded with 200 RMB.
2) For abstracts selected for the poster presentation, the poster presenter will be rewarded with 800 RMB.
3) For abstracts selected for an oral presentation, the presenter will be rewarded with 1500 RMB.
CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT & NOTIFICATION OF DECISION
You will receive email confirmation once your abstract is received. And only the submitter will receive all information concerning the abstract. After the peer review, authors will be notified about results before Oct.9th, 2020. If an abstract is accepted for an oral or poster presentation, the presenter must confirm his/her acceptance before Oct.20th, 2020.
COPYRIGHT & LEGAL OBLIGATION
All information in the abstract submission, including authors’ names, affiliations, authors order of listing, and the content of abstract, will be used in the conference publications. The contributor carries legal obligations of the abstract; any violation to a third party’s right will be the responsibility of the contributor him/herself. The ICG-15 has the copyright to use the abstract in the congress for scientific purposes without any prior notice to the contributor/authors.
